We currently use PayPal for secure payment processing. All major credit cards and check payments are accepted via PayPal. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take up to 5-7 business days (not including shipping) for some items (ie. some sizes or particular items are made-to-order).

We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the rest of your supply and get a complete refund of your product price less shipping and handling. To obtain this refund you must return the product within 30 days after receipt of your product.
Return Instructions:
To return an item, wrap the product in its original packaging, if possible, and follow these simple steps:

Step 3 For your security, please return your package with an insured carrier (e.g., USPS Parcel Post, UPS, or FedEx) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item is damaged or lost in transit.
Processing Time:
When processing a refund please allow time for our system to verify that the returned product has been received. Once the return has been verified your refund will be processed. This process can take 2-3 business days, and possibly up to 7-10 days to show up on your credit card statement.
We highly suggest you choose a shipping method that includes the ability to track your order. We cannot guarantee that you will be covered under the Money-Back Guarantee if the returned package does not arrive within the expected date and you cannot verify receipt of the Product Returned or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return. All Product Returns shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable.
Reseller Returns:
All products purchased from a Reseller must be returned directly to the Reseller.
All shipping charges are non refundable.
