Running “volume” isn’t always the ideal appr Running “volume” isn’t always the ideal approach to any prep. Rather structure and specificity are usually more efficient ways to to prep for your event (of course volume would apply to a longer distance event 😉) … Structure being the operative word - smarter is better and usually yields better results. Are you structured with your plan?
