Race Prep & Training

Race Prep & Coaching

You signed up, now commit to maximizing your performance. This package includes a full OCR race preparation regimen including 8 (or 12) weeks of customized coaching, as well as nutrition and supplementation suggestion and recommendations. Nutrition oversight and coaching, along with personalized training oversight, review and customization will help you get where you need to be.

One-on-One Training

Need to ramp up your training or just want a nice kickstart? Live in-person OCR/functional fitness training is the perfect way to keep you on track or make sure you are getting where you want to go. With 50 minutes of customized training suited to your current or new program, you will make sure your work is efficient and dedicated.

One or more sessions, scheduled as you need
50 minutes, plus 10 minute warm-up/down
At home or on location
No commitment required, just effort!

No commitment required, just choose how many sessions are right for your needs (coaching or training programs suggest a qty). In-home or at the OCR-Max garage gym is the perfect place to get your WOD on…or on-location workouts may be the perfect fit for your race prep!
