Race Prep & Coaching
You signed up, now commit to maximizing your performance. This package includes a full OCR race preparation regimen including 8 (or 12) weeks of customized coaching, as well as nutrition and supplementation suggestion and recommendations. Nutrition oversight and coaching, along with personalized training oversight, review and customization will help you get where you need to be.

Need to ramp up your training or just want a nice kickstart? Live in-person OCR/functional fitness training is the perfect way to keep you on track or make sure you are getting where you want to go. With 50 minutes of customized training suited to your current or new program, you will make sure your work is efficient and dedicated.
